FreeLegal4U Launched in January 2006!

FreeLegal4U has been launched to help provide people with access to justice through No-Win No-Fee arrangements. The costs involved in investigating and initiating legal action can be substantial, so much so that good cases can be discontinued due to lack of funding. Legal Aid has historically been the answer for those without financial means but over recent times, the availability of Legal Aid had been dramatically restricted due to the spiralling costs on the public purse.

The Government introduced the Conditional Fee Arrangement in order to tackle the problem of decreasing access to justice for those without financial means as a result of the reduction in Legal Aid funding.

Freelegal4u provides details of solicitors who have identified themselves as being potentially able to offer no win no fee arrangements (conditional fee agreements) for suitable cases in the listed areas of law.
